Section 1: Cancellation Policy for Coaches Using Unsolved Services

1. Subscription and Payment Terms:

Coaches subscribing to Unsolved are required to adhere to the payment terms specified at the time of subscription. This includes regular subscription fees for access to the platform's services and features.

2. Auto-Renewal of Subscription:

Subscriptions for coaches are automatically renewed according to the chosen plan's cycle. Coaches will receive a notification prior to each renewal as a reminder.

3. Cancellation Process for Coaches:

Coaches can cancel their subscription at any time. To initiate the cancellation, coaches must log into their account, access the account settings, and select the option to cancel their subscription.

4. Refund Policy upon Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, any pre-paid but unused subscription fees may be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility and the amount will be determined based on the remaining period of the subscription and the terms agreed upon at the start of the subscription.

5. Access Post-Cancellation:

After cancellation, coaches will have access to the platform until the end of their current billing cycle. Post this period, access to premium features will be revoked.

6. Reactivation of Subscription:

Coaches who wish to reactivate their subscription after cancellation can do so. The reactivation will be subject to the prevailing subscription rates and terms at the time of reactivation.

1. Coach-Student Relationship:

Coaches on Unsolved are responsible for managing their relationships with students, including adhering to the cancellation policy outlined for student subscriptions.

2. Student Subscription Cancellation:

Coaches must honor the cancellation policy applicable to students, as described on the Unsolved platform. This includes respecting students' rights to cancel their subscription at any time and retaining students' access to content until the end of their paid subscription period.

3. Coach's Role in Refund Process:

Coaches should facilitate the refund process for eligible students, particularly for the first payment which can be refunded if requested within 48 hours.

4. Data Retention for Coaches:

In case of a student's cancellation, the platform will retain the student's data such as progress and comments, which can be accessed by the coach for facilitating future re-engagement with the student.

5. Dispute Resolution with Students:

Coaches are encouraged to resolve disputes with students amicably. In cases where resolution is not possible, coaches can guide students to escalate the issue to Unsolved's support team for mediation.

6. Compliance with Platform Policies and Local Laws:

Coaches are required to comply with all platform policies and local laws governing coaching services. This includes any updates or amendments to Unsolved's policies.

Section 3: Cancellation Policy for Unsolved Coaching Platform

1. Introduction to Parties:

The policy involves three primary parties: 'Unsolved', the software platform that facilitates the connection; 'Students', who subscribe to services; and 'Coaches', the professionals providing these services.

2. Scope and Application of the Policy:

This policy is specifically tailored for students who choose to pay for coaching services through a subscription model on the Unsolved platform. It's important to note that this policy does not extend to transactions involving one-time fees, which are governed by a distinct refund policy.

3. Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Process:

Subscriptions on Unsolved are designed to auto-renew for the convenience of our users. To cancel a subscription, students need to simply log into their account, navigate to the left sidebar, and click on the three dots located near the 'Payments' section to initiate the cancellation process.

4. Refund Policy for the Initial Subscription Payment:

A refund is available for the first subscription payment made by a student, provided that the refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the payment. It's important to note that some coaches may offer more lenient refund terms, which will be explicitly stated.

5. Terms Regarding Subsequent Payments:

It is important for students to understand that any payments made after the initial subscription payment are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

6. Continued Access Post-Cancellation:

In the event of a subscription cancellation, students will still have full access to all coaching content, live sessions, and AI assistant features until the end of their current subscription period.

7. Conditions for Resubscription:

Students who wish to resubscribe to a coach's services can do so at any time, but they should be aware that the resubscription will be at the current prevailing price, not the price point at which they initially subscribed.

8. Policy on Data Retention After Cancellation:

To facilitate a smooth and efficient restart for students who may choose to resubscribe in the future, Unsolved will retain the history of students' comments and progress even after cancellation.

9. Procedure for Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes, students should first attempt to resolve them directly with the coach, using the contact information provided in the 'Contact Us' section. If the dispute remains unresolved, students can escalate the matter by sending an email to support@unsolved.network, including details like the URL of the coaching site, the name of the coach, the student's name, and a brief description of the nature of the dispute.

10. Compliance with Local Laws:

This policy is crafted to be in compliance with international consumer protection laws. However, it is crucial for students and coaches to understand that local laws specific to their region may override any of the terms stated in this policy.

11. Policy Amendments Notification:

Unsolved reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the platform, and subscribers will be duly notified.
